Ignatius Camilo, aka Iggy, is a native Goan who wears many hats: Founder of Cirrus, Goa’s finest underground music venue; founder of Big Butt Audio Labs, a revered and handcrafted sound system; founder at Vinyl Ambulance, a mobile sonic machine built by hand using recycled plastic and wood; and founder of Gandu Records.
Winning the Radio Cairo DJ award in the early 2000s from humble beginnings at beach shacks in Goa, Iggy promptly moved to Mumbai and then Delhi to share his music and technical ability. He has played at underground as well as commercial venues in London, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Croatia & major International festivals including FUSION & FEEL, all while remaining true to his art.
Also an MTV style award winner and fashion model, Iggy has featured in Wills Lifestyle & Lakme fashion week, for leading designers Arjun Saluja, Lecoanet Hemant, Tarun Tahiliani, and Rohit Bal to name a few. Other Brands include Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Versace, and Conde Nast Traveler.
